At Veliqoramyx S.A. ("Veliqoramyx", "we") we value and protect your personal data. This Policy describes how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit veliqoramyx.com or use our real estate crowdlending services in the Argentine Republic.

The data controller is Veliqoramyx S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-2, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 4321, Floor 8, Office 802, C1195AAA, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us at privacy@veliqoramyx.com to exercise any of your rights.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide (full name and email address when subscribing to the newsletter) and technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited). We do not request financial data or identity documents through the subscription form.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending projects, respond to your inquiries, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including Argentine Law 27,349 on Productive Financing and Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection), improve our services and prevent misuse of the site.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your free, express and informed consent, in compliance with legal obligations applicable in Argentina and on our legitimate interest to prevent fraud and safeguard the security of the platform.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as an active relationship exists with you or your consent is not revoked. Once mandatory legal terms have been fulfilled (tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations), we block and then delete the information.
6. Recipients
We may share your data with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics), with competent authorities when a legal obligation exists (AAIP, CNV, UIF, AFIP) and with external auditors under strict confidentiality agreements.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases we require adequate safeguards under the regime of Law 25,326 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing activities and to withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@veliqoramyx.com. The AAIP, as the supervisory authority, handles complaints regarding personal data.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access control, audit logs and periodic assessments) to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
